Charles Loftus is a lecturer at Arizona State University. Mr. Loftus has been a law enforcement officer for more than 30 years working as a patrolman, investigator, supervisor, mid-level management and as a chief. He is retired from a state-level police agency in 2016. He was the Chief Law Enforcement Office at the Arizona Department of Economic Security.
