On June 10, 2015, the Arizona Department of Public Safety Gang & Immigration Intelligence Team Enforcement Mission (GIITEM) Career Criminal Unit, Pinal County GIITEM, DPS SWAT, and DPS Highway Patrol served a search warrant at the residence of Dale Robertson, 31, in east Casa Grande.
Evidence obtained during an investigation revealed Robertson possessed at least one handgun, which he was prohibited from having as a convicted felon. Based on this evidence, a search warrant was obtained and served at his residence in Case Grande. A search of Robertson’s residence recovered two handguns, five shotguns, four rifles, approximately 2000 rounds of ammunition, tools for altering firearms and evidence of gang membership.
Robertson, who has a lengthy criminal history and is a prohibited possessor of firearms, was arrested and charged on 11 counts of misconduct involving firearms and booked into Pinal County Jail in Florence.
