Phoenix man sentenced for child porn

Clifford Dale Miller, 50, of Phoenix, Ariz., was sentenced by U.S. District Judge David G. Campbell, to 96 months in federal prison, followed by lifetime supervised release. Miller pleaded guilty to Transportation of Child Pornography on Jan. 23, 2012.

Between Oct. 9, 2009 and May 14, 2010, Miller was chatting on-line with an undercover officer who was posing as a 13-year-old girl from Texas. During that time, Miller transported still images and video files of child pornography to the undercover officer. Miller transported a total of 62 still images and 10 video files of child pornography.
