Pima County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a double homicide that occurred in the 11000 block of South Colt Drive. They arrived at the incident location on March 2, 2013, after deputies had responded to the address and found a deceased male and female with obvious signs of trauma.
The investigation led to an individual identified as Charlie Michael Wooden, age 29. Wooden is considered a person of interest and detectives are asking for information on his whereabouts. Wooden is also wanted on a warrant with multiple felony charges, including Possession of Dangerous and Narcotic Drugs, Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Prohibited Possessor, Possession of a Defaced Deadly Weapon, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of
Wooden is known to live with acquaintances in the Three Points area as well as near Camino Verde and Ajo Way. He is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on Wooden is cautioned not to approach him, but to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME.
