MCEDD Acting Director Bennett Bratley points out, “Ninety eight percent of America’s businesses are small businesses and nationally, they supply 53 percent of all jobs. In rural Mohave County, small businesses are the backbone of the regional economy and play a significant role in our eventual return to economic vitality.”
