Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office detectives continue seeking any information from the public regarding an apparent arson caused fire occurring January 31, 2014, in the Iron Springs Professional Plaza at 1555 Iron Springs Road, Prescott.
Yavapai Silent Witness continues to offer a $500 cash reward for any tip leading to the arrest of a suspect or suspects in this case.
The Iron Springs Professional Plaza is host to about 9 business rentals. The fire was located in the bottom area of the structure that is used for storage. Investigators think that the fire was set sometime early that morning it was discovered at approximately 7:10 that morning. The owner of the complex now estimates the damage to in excess of $200,000 in part because of smoke damage. However he is grateful, because if the fire had continued to burn it could have been devastating.
