Feria de Sur Tucson is a celebration of Tucson’s south side culture and history. The celebration will take place Sunday, April 6, 2014, from 12 Noon to 7:00 p.m. Over 20,000 people are expected to attend from all over Tucson and throughout Arizona.
Visitors can see folkloric groups, mariachis, and people dancing along south 4th Avenue between 28th and 36th Streets. There will be artisans, food, beer, and more.
The City of South Tucson will use the proceeds from the event to benefit community enrichment and educational opportunities.
There will be maps all along the route showing where there is entertainment, car shows, a carnival, pony rides, wrestling, live music, etc., all along the way.
