Tempe Detectives are currently investigating a burglary and sexual abuse case that occurred in the early on March 27, 2014. At approximately 4:30 a.m., the victim was sleeping in her bedroom apartment, located in the 100 block of W. 5th St. when she was woken up by an unknown suspect touching her.
Upon waking up the victim confronted the suspect and was able to chase him out of the apartment.
The victim did not know the suspect and it is unknown how he made entry into the apartment. The victim’s roommate was also home, but did not see him.
The suspect is described as a white male, 6’00, heavy build with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and was wearing eyeglasses. Attached is a composite sketch of the suspect.
