The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the community that David Garcia, 30, is now residing at 854 W. Daffodil Court, Somerton, Arizona. He is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 195 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
On June 7, 2004, Garcia was arrested by the Somerton Police Department for sexual conduct with a minor. On October 26, 2004, Garcia pled guilty to attempted sexual conduct with a minor in the Yuma County Superior Court, and he was sentenced to lifetime probation.
On August 8, 2005, Garcia was arrested for violation of probation and sentenced to the Arizona Department of Corrections. He was released on October 3, 2013, and is currently on parole.
