On April 28, 2014 at approximately 5:48 p.m., Pima County deputies responded to a theft at the Subway located at 5095 North La Canada Drive. When deputies arrived, they learned a male entered the store and stole an entire display of cookies from the front counter. The loss of the case of cookies is valued at approximately 500 dollars.
It is believed that the suspect may be the same person that was involved in a theft of lottery tickets from a Circle K in the same area on April 17, 2014.
The suspect is described as:
• Hispanic male
• 15-25 years of age
• 5’06” in height
• 140-150 pounds
• Black hair
• With acne on his face
• Last seen wearing a red University of Arizona sweatshirt with a large “A” on it and baggie jeans
Sheriff’s Department detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect. Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME.
