For Phoenix bank robber third time is a charm

crook-robberThe third time was the charm for a Phoenix area bank robber. Now the police are looking for him.

On the afternoon of May 28th, 2014, a suspect attempted to rob a Bank of America at North 83rd Avenue and West Indian School Road but was not successful. At around 3:55 p.m. the suspect attempted to rob a Wells Fargo bank in the area of West Camelback Road and Dysart but was not successful. At around 5:15 p.m. the suspect robbed the US Bank at North 35th Avenue and Bell Road and finally got lucky and took off with cash.

The Phoenix Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect. Police advise that the only apparent change to the suspect’s clothing is the baseball cap he wore, a blue of black cap at the Bank of America and a red and black “Chicago Bulls” cap at the US Bank.
