The Tucson Association of REALTORS® now offers meeting space available for rent to the general public, featuring two conference rooms and a state-of-the-art Computer Training Center.
For the benefit of interested groups, Tucson Association of REALTORS® (TAR) produced a virtual tour video of the facilities for Google Maps at http://www.tucsonrealtors.org/facility.html . Each room is very reasonably priced. The TAR building is centrally located at 2445 N. Tucson Blvd. with plenty of free and easy parking.
The TAR Conference Center is the largest meeting room and can hold up to 130 people. Non-member rates start at $175 for a two-hour minimum and the room can be arranged in round tables, or in classroom or theater style.
The Board Room seats 20 at the table with 15 more seats around the room’s perimeter. The rental rate is only $75 for 1 to 3 hours. The Computer Training Center features 20 computers and includes use of a projector and screen.
“For years, members and community groups who have rented space here for their business and social meetings have urged us to make the rooms more available to the public. Now with the virtual tour in place, we can show the public what the space looks like and how it can serve their meeting needs,” said TAR CEO Philip Tedesco.
“The space is very flexible. On a regular basis, we rent to groups like the Metropolitan Pima Alliance and interestingly, recently hosted our first wedding and reception party,” Tedesco added.
If needed, TAR also can provide equipment rentals for items such as: cordless microphone, wireless lavaliere, laptop, DVD, and easels/flip charts.
