An arrest has been made in the fatal collision that occurred on August 14, 2014 at the intersection of Tucson Boulevard and Drexel Road. Detectives from the Tucson Police Department’s Traffic Unit arrested the driver of the Nissan pickup truck.
He has been identified as 33 year-old Robert Harrington.
Harrington was booked into the Pima County Jail. He has been charged with Second Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, Felony Criminal Damage, Unlawful Possession of a Narcotic Drug and Unlawful Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia.
