Tucson Police have identified the two individuals pictured in a surveillance photograph in which a home invasion victim’s credit card was used. This story was initially reported in the Arizona Daily Independent when the Police asked for help identifying the person in survelience photos.
The home invasion occurred January 12th in the area of 1st Avenue/Fort Lowell Road. A female victim was held at gunpoint and bound as the suspect took property from her purse, then fled. Her credit card was used about an hour later at the Fry’s Supermarket at 555 East Grant Road.
Thanks to 88-CRIME tips, Tucson Police Detectives identified the female in the surveillance photographs. She was located and questioned but no arrest was made. Detectives determined that the male in the photograph is the boyfriend of the female in the picture.
A suspect has been identified as 24-year old Eliseo Javin Segura. A felony warrant exists for Mr. Segura’s arrest for 1 count of Theft of a Credit Card and 1 count of Identity Theft. It is still unknown at this time if Mr. Segura was involved in the home invasion that occurred about an hour before the surveillance photographs were taken.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mr. Segura is urged to contact 911 or 88-CRIME.
