The Arizona Department of Public Safety’s (DPS) Highway Patrol Division reported the number of fatal collisions on Arizona’s highways has steadily Fatal collisions over the past ten years.
The number of fatal collisions investigated by DPS in 2014 (202) reflects a 49% decrease when compared to 2006 (402), the year in which the highest number of fatal collisions occurred during that ten year period.
