On February 16th, 2015, the Gila River Police Department followed up on multiple tips regarding the identification of the shooting suspect in the incident on February 13th, 2015, at Vee Quiva Casino.
The suspect, now identified as Cornelius Williams Jr., was located at a residence in the city of Phoenix, AZ. near 73rd Avenue, and McDowell Road.
The Gila River Police Department worked with the Phoenix Police Department who successfully arrested Mr. Williams at the location without incident. The investigation is still ongoing.
