Identity of Tucson armed robber sought

The Tucson Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in attempting to identify a bank robbery suspect, who struck the Tucson Federal Credit Union located at 3755 S. Mission Rd just after 10:00 a.m. on April 15.

The suspect entered the credit union and handed the teller a threatening note demanding money and claiming that he had explosives in his backpack. The suspect was given an undisclosed amont of money and left the bank.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 40-45 years old, 5’8 to 5’10, 180lbs, with dark hair and a goatee.

Anyone with information is urged to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
