UPDATE: Hector Garcia-Alcantar has been arrested and is now in-custody as of this morning. He was taken into custody in Nogales, Arizona
On May 3, 2015 Hector Garcia-Alcantar, age 25, shot his 18 year old nephew, Dallas Orr, to death in his bedroom at 4200 N 34th Av., after a dispute with other family members. Garcia-Alcantar then fled in the families tan Lincoln Town Car.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest. Garcia-Alcantar has been previously deported as a felon and both guns and drugs were recovered in his room. According to the suspect’s family he is believed to be on meth, and has said he will shoot it out with police.
According to police, Garcia-Alcantar, is considered armed and dangerous, anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately, or Silent Witness at (480) WITNESS if they wish to remain anonymous.
