Arizona’s Governor Doug Ducey stumbled out of the gate when he was sworn into office in January. The circus-like atmosphere he created with his strong arm tactics during the Legislative session, and dog and pony shows to sell his pro-Common Core, pro-charter school agenda, as earned him a reputation for being the driver of Arizona’s clown car.
So when his political-appointee barely post-pubescent staff got together for a group photo wearing clown noses, the reaction was exactly what most observers would have expected; no one laughed.

According to the Better Business Bureau’s Give.org, Comic Relief, Inc. has a rating of “Standards Not Met.”

Karen Haugan Biesbrouck I can teach my students about irony with this! “Raising awareness” about children in poverty while passing legislation that hurts 2700 children living I’m poverty by cutting their welfare off next year, underfunding K-12 students, which educates thousands of poor children (well above the national average), ad well as decimating our college and university budgets.
Heather Jean So you kicked thousands of LEGAL residents off welfare. Why about all the illegals? Why are they exempt? My sister works for DES on Roosevelt and she stated that illegals will keep on getting the handouts. She says even legal mexicans are saying they are illegal so they get extra benefits. What are you going to do to end this? Tell me how in the hell you can pull food out of a legal child’s mouth and give it to an illegal? You need to issue a statement telling YOUR citizens why illegals come first and the folks who work 2 or 3 jobs get the shaft. You owe us this. I want a formal statement as to why legal citizens don’t matter but criminal illegals do. Do your job and explain this!!!
