TUCSON, Ariz. – Customs and Border Protection officers arrested a Douglas resident during a failed smuggling incident June 16 at the Port of Douglas.

Officers seized the drugs and vehicle, and referred Carbajal to Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
