On June 23, 2015, at approximately 7:15 p.m., Pima County deputies responded to a possible drowning in the 6600 block of North Harran Drive. When deputies arrived, Northwest Fire Department personnel were on scene performing life saving measures.
The victim, identified as 2-year-old Victoria Rivas, was transported to Banner University Medical Center where she was later pronounced deceased.
Detectives are investigating the incident.
