A 29 year old Queen Creek resident was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies yesterday after his mother called saying her son was planning to commit suicide by cop and was also threatening to kill others in the home. MCSO deputies arrived at the scene at 19010 East Cattle Drive and contacted Phillip Beck, age 28.
Beck refused to cooperate with deputies and was taken into custody after a brief scuttle. Deputies then searched the suspect’s home and found bomb making material there. He is currently booked in the 4th Avenue Jail.
