Mesa Police have identified and arrested, 32-year-old, Mark Santo Demasse III for a double shooting at Evergreen Park on August 19, in the afternoon just before 5:00 pm.
He was tracked down, located and arrested at an apartment complex in the area of 1st St. and Hardy in Tempe.
Both victims of the shooting are expected to survive their injuries and are recovering.
