Safford attorney Michael Peterson has been appointed to serve the remainder of Judge R. Douglas Holt’s term as a Graham County Superior Court Judge.
Peterson practices law at his own firm, the Law Office of Michael D. Peterson, P.C. He currently serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for Graham County and Greenlee County, and previously served as a Safford Court Assistant Magistrate for 10 years. He has mediated hundreds of cases.
Peterson has been a resident of Graham County for 16 years.
Peterson obtained two undergraduate degrees from the University of Utah in 1996 and his law degree from Baylor University Law School in 1999
