Victim Of Tucson Iron And Metal Explosion Identified

The victim in the explosion at Tucson Iron and Metal has been identified as 46-year-old Daniel Wright. Wright was killed when he was an MK-82 General Purpose Bomb partially exploded.

Preliminary information from the Tucson Police Department reveals that Wright was an employee of Tucson Iron and Metal working as a cutter. Wright cut into a MK-82 General Purpose Bomb, a military ordnance, causing the explosion. No one else at the business was injured.

It is unknown at this time how the ordnance arrived at the facility.
