Registration Deadline Monday To Vote On Scottsdale Bonds

Scottsdale residents must be registered by Monday, Oct. 5, to be qualified to vote in the Tuesday, Nov. 3, Special Bond Election.

Voters will consider some necessary and some unnecessary projects totaling nearly $100 million. Scottsdale’s Nov. 3 Special Election asks voters to consider approval of bonds for parks and community facilities; transportation; citywide technology; street pavement replacement; public safety-fire; and public safety-police in the principal amount not to exceed $95,960,000.

  • Early ballots: Registered voters who wish to have an early ballot mailed to them must make the request by 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, through Maricopa County Elections at 602-506-1511 or online.links to external site
  • In-person early voting: In-person early voting in Scottsdale will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, Oct. 7-30, at Scottsdale City Hall, 3939 N. Drinkwater Blvd.
  • Election day voting: Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3.
