On Monday October 12, 2015 at approximately 2:12 pm, the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office was requested to assist the Bisbee Police Department with a bomb threat at the Superior Court on Tombstone Canyon.
Bisbee Police Department was on scene and requested Sheriff’s Deputies to assist with checking the court and securing the area pending the arrival of an explosives dog from Fort Huachuca.
The Court, the County Attorneys’ office, and the Public Defenders office were evacuated until the area was cleared.
