On October 23, 2015, at approximately 7:20 p.m., the Pima County Sheriff’s Department received a 9-1-1 call from a residence located in the 7400 block of W. Bopp Road. Deputies with the San Xavier Patrol District responded and found a deceased adult male at the house. The responding deputies attempted to resuscitate the victim, but were not successful.
A male relative was also present.
Detectives with the Homicide Unit responded and took over the investigation. They determined the victim had suffered a gun shot wound as a result of a domestic dispute. The relative encountered at the scene was questioned as a person of interest.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone who may have information about this incident is asked to call 9-1-1 or 88-Crime. –
