On October 28, 2015, the Surprise Police responded to several homes in the area of Bell Road and El Mirage Road in reference to thefts from parked vehicles.
During the commission of one of the crimes, an unknown male suspect, riding a bike, pulls up into a driveway between two parked vehicles. The suspect then enters the two unlocked vehicles and removes several items of property. The suspect was accompanied by another male suspect riding a bike and appeared to be acting as a “lookout” for the suspect entering the vehicles.
