Governor Ducey’s budget would allocate new money to private prisons, and charter schools. He plans to add $105 million in new spending this fiscal year, and $284 million in fiscal 2017, of which $168 million would go toward new programs….. and leave it up to the Legislature to cut the income taxes for his buddies who will make more money from their charter schools and private prisons…..
