Phoenix Police are investigating the shooting of a 17-year-old in a strip-mall parking lot during an altercation.
Police do not have a suspect in custody, however they have identified a person of interest.
The shooter fled the scene near 43rd Avenue and Bethany Home Road immediately after the shooting. The victim went to a nearby charter high school for help.
