On February 11, 2016 Ms. Sabrina Phillips was released from the hospital and booked into the Pima County Jail on the following charges as a result of the investigation reported in the initial article:
- Arson of an Occupied Structure – Class 2 Felony
- Criminal Damage – Class 4 Felony
- Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer – Class 5 Felony
