A jury convicted Christopher Perry Williams on March 25, 2016, of Aggravated Robbery, Robbery, and Burglary in Second Degree.
Two years ago Williams and an accomplice broke into a home of a 102-year-old man in the middle of the night. The elderly man confronted them and pressed his life alert bracelet to call for help. Williams and his accomplice left with cash and coins from the victim’s home.
DNA evidence collected from the victim’s home matched Williams.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled April 25, 2016, in Superior Court Judge Howard Fell’s Courtroom.
