Surprise Police report that a suspected bank robber shot herself on Friday while negotiating with officers. The robbery occurred at approximately 4:00 p.m.
Police found the woman after a bank robbery that occurred in the 1700 block of Greenway Road.
Police were negotiating with the woman who was in a vehicle in the area of 162nd Drive and Statler Street. The woman was pronounced dead on the scene.
