Gila River Man Sentenced For Abusive Sexual Contact

Donald Wade Pablo, of Blackwater, Ariz., a member of the Gila River Indian Community, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge John J. Tuchi to 180 months in prison, followed by a term of lifetime supervised release. Pablo had previously pleaded guilty to abusive sexual contact with a minor.

Between Aug. 1, 2013 and Nov. 2, 2014, within the Gila River Indian Community, Pablo sexually abused the victim who was under the age of 12 and also a member of the Gila River Indian Community.

The investigation in this case was conducted by the Gila River Police Department.
