Navajo County is issuing pre-evacuation orders for Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, McNary, Ft Apache and Hon-Dah communities regadring the Cedar Creek Fire burning south of Show Low. If an evacuation is issued, Navajo County will send out an alert through Ready Navajo County emergency alert system.
The fire has grown to over 2,500 acres.
Highway 60 is closed between the junction of highway 60 and 73 and south of Show Low.
