On Friday, June 17, 2016, Ms. Jessie Parks and son, Daniel Parks, Jr., both of Gilbert, were arrested by the Arizona Department of Public Safety based upon numerous felony warrants.
The mother/son duo’s arrests stem from warrants for fraud and theft related to their alleged targeting of elderly women living in a Florence retirement community about home improvements.
Both are in custody, but there may be more victims out there. The team operated under the business name of “Desert Sky Improvements” and authorities ask that if you have any information regarding their business or have been a victim of this scheme.
