
Arizona leaders expressed sorrow and called for prayers in the aftermath of the terrorist attack in Nice, France that took the lives of at least 84 people. A truck, driven by a 31-year-old French citizen born in Tunisia, plowed through a crowd celebrating Bastille Day.
