Reeves Neal Appointed To Pinal County Superior Court

Delia Reeves Neal has been appointed to the Pinal County Superior Court. Neal’s appointment to the Pinal County Superior Court was made to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Gilberto Figueroa.

Delia currently serves as a Commissioner and Judge Pro Tempore for the Pinal County Superior Court. She also previously served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Justice Court and the Scottsdale City Court.

“Delia is a dedicated public servant who has already developed a strong record as a judicial officer,” said Governor Ducey. “Her sharp legal mind and leadership skills will serve the citizens of Pinal County well.”

Prior to her judicial positions, Delia was a Deputy County Attorney for the Pinal County Attorney’s Office, Assistant City Prosecutor for the Scottsdale City Prosecutor’s Office, and Deputy County Attorney for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. Delia also practiced for two years at her own law firm, Law Office of Delia R. Neal.

Delia serves on the Executive Board of the Arizona Judges Association. She previously served as Treasurer and Vice President of the Sole Practitioner/Small Firm Section of the Arizona State Bar.

Delia graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Eastern Michigan University.
