At approximately 9:00 a.m. Monday morning, Pima County deputies responded to the 9200 block of North Grouse Place for a report of suspicious activity.
When deputies arrived, they found 45-year-old Nicolas Morelos deceased, inside his home, with obvious signs of trauma. Morelos’ body was initially found by a woman who went to his house to visit him, said department spokeswoman Deputy Courtney Rodriguez.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME to remain anonymous.
