On October 24, 2016, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department Crimes Against Children Unit was notified, by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), that explicit pictures of children were uploaded to a chat room from an IP address in Pima County. Through their investigation, detectives found the IP address returned to a home in the 12000 block of South Shalom Drive.
Earlier today, detectives served a search warrant on the home and made contact with 19-year-old Kyle Davis. During the service of the search warrant detectives found that Mr. Davis lives at the residence and was responsible for uploading the pictures.
Mr. Davis was arrested for four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a class 2 felony, and booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex for his charges.
