
Tucson Police Department detectives have charged 26-year-old Tommy Soza with the 1st Degree Murder of Adam Bourdon on November 24, 2016. On November 28, 2016 Soza was arrested by officers and booked into the Pima County Jail for an unrelated incident and outstanding warrants.
With the assistance of a Tucson Police Department analyst, the detectives were able to identify Soza as a possible suspect in the murder of Mr. Bourdon, age 30.
On November 24, 2016, just after 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance call at a motel in the 2400 block of N. Oracle Rd. Upon arrival, officers located Mr. Bourdon on the ground near the office with obvious signs of trauma. Mr. Bourdon was pronounced deceased shortly after their arrival.
Detectives have learned that Mr. Bourdon had been staying at the motel for at least one day and it appears there had been some type of altercation inside his room.
