Stan Lee To Be Honored With Tempe Memorial Cosplay Walk

A memorial walk will be hosted by the Blue Ribbon Army this Friday night for Stan Lee, the creator of superheroes such as Spiderman and the Hulk. Lee died earlier this week at age 95.

The Blue Ribbon Army is a group for people who “love cosplay, comics, and science fiction.” Members routinely dress up as fictional characters.

Walkers will meet in front of Tempe City Hall, 31 E. Fifth St. at 7:30 p.m. this Friday, Nov. 16. The route will go to University Drive, around the block and back. The entire walk will be about 1 mile.
