The Surprise Police Department is seeking public assistance to locate 28 year-old Robert “Turkey Sub” Collins who went missing on December 22, from the Fry’s Grocery Store located near Cotton Lane and Greenway Road.
According to authorities, Robert Collins suffers from conditions which may leave him with a diminished mental capacity. He is from out of state and may not know how to get back to the place he was staying.
