Your Vote Is Imperative

Even if you are a disillusioned Republican, Independent or Democrat, you need to vote because the national and down-ballot elective offices are too important! If you are a Bernie Sanders supporter, voting for Hillary is an anathema to you, especially the way Hillary and Bill have treated women, the way Hillary secretly tells Wall Street  she’s really with them, and the way she constantly lies.

If you are a Republican and turned off by Trump’s language and can’t stand Hillary, what are you going to do? Vote for Gary Johnson?!! He’s too goofy.

As respected writer Heather Mac Donald wrote at city-journal.org, The sudden onset of Victorian vapors among the liberal intelligentsia and political class at the revelation of Trump’s locker-room talk is part and parcel of the Left’s hypocrisy when it comes to feminism and sexual liberation. . . But the feminists can’t have it both ways: declaring that women should be equal to men in all things and then still demand a chivalric deference to female’s delicate sensibilities. Either women are the same as men or they’re not. It is particularly galling to see the selective resurrection of Victorian values from the same crowd that has been pushing transgender locker rooms on the world, in an effort to destroy the last shred of girls’ innate sexual modesty.”

Some elected Republicans are rejecting Trump. They are the establishment Republicans who joined with the Democratic elite to foist bigger government and higher taxes on the American people.  They are hypocrites, self-serving cowards only interested in saving themselves. I am interested in saving America. Accordingly, I will not vote for any self-serving coward who abandoned the nominee the Republican base elected.  That means, in Arizona, Senators McCain and Flake will never receive my vote. Yet these two establishment Republicans will support Hillary Clinton and her Clinton Criminal Cartel. God help us!!

At the end of the day, you have Hillary and Bill, who physically and mentally abused women, and you have Donald Trump, who only talked about sex in crass terms. As D.C. McAllister wrote in pjmedia.com, There’s a history of men in politics who have had sordid sexual lives, including our beloved Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin. And don’t even get me started on Democrat darling JFK or Chappaquiddick Ted Kennedy. So, pardon me, if I don’t get the vapors when I find out Trump has a potty mouth and brags about his sexual ‘exploits.’” The real question is why aren’t Bill and Hillary in prison?

So let’s forget Hillary, Donald and the goofy one. Let’s look at the vice-presidential candidates. Democrat Tim Kaine has a history of embracing radical Islamists. He appointed a Hamas supporter to the Virginia State Immigration Commission. Kaine spoke at a dinner honoring a Muslim Brotherhood terror suspect and received donations from radical Islamist groups. Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood are  terrorist organizations. It is obvious Tim Kaine, like Barack Obama, cannot be trusted to protect America from radical Islam.

Tim Kaine is a Catholic who defies his Catholicism. Kaine states he is personally pro-life but politically pro-choice: how does a person live with that contradiction? It’s like Hillary saying women who complain of sexual abuse should be believed, except when Bill Clinton is involved. OOPS! Kaine personally opposed the death penalty but as governor allowed executions to continue. OOPS! Kaine is a living contradiction: no wonder he’s a Democrat. He lacks principles.

Let’s look at Mike Pence, Trump’s vice presidential pick and someone some Republicans would like to see at the top of the ticket. Pence is the Governor of Indiana. He is an attorney. He spent six terms in the House of Representatives.

In Congress, Pence established himself as a man of strong convictions by opposing the No Child Left Behind policy in 2001 as well as the Medicare prescription drug expansion in 2002. As Governor, Pence signed the largest tax cut in Indiana history: $1.1 billion. He also signed into law the State’s first pre-K funding program. By 2016, Indiana enjoyed a $2 billion budget surplus and a pristine triple-A credit rating. Tim Kaine’s record pales in comparison.

If we look at the national tickets, we see the following picture:

Donald J. Trump>>>>>>>>>>U.S. Supreme Court<<<<<<<<<<Hillary Clinton
Michael R. Pence>>>>>>>>>>Appointment of Justices<<<<<<<<<<Tim Kaine
First Amendment
Second Amendment
Obamacare
Citizens United

At the national level, the very fabric of our nation is at risk. Hillary Clinton has promised to attack the First Amendment, Second Amendment, trap more Americans in a failing Obamacare, and reverse Citizen’s United (another attack on the Constitution).

Just as important as the Supreme Court is the down ballot candidates who need your vote. These are the City, County and State candidates who make government work.

If you refuse to vote at the national level, it becomes too easy to give up at the lower levels. But look at what is at stake:

  • Border security and unchecked illegal immigration encouraged by the Obama administration.
  • Debt reduction – President Obama and the Democrats have more than doubled our national debt, accumulating more debt in eight years than all previous presidents have in 219 years, since our Constitution was ratified.
  • Tax reduction – the Obama administration raised American taxes more and higher than any prior president, and Hillary Clinton had promised to raise taxes another $1.5 trillion if she’s elected.
  • Gender identification – as Heather Mac Donald said above, It is particularly galling to see the selective resurrection of Victorian values from the same crowd that has been pushing transgender locker rooms on the world, in an effort to destroy the last shred of girls’ innate sexual modesty.”

Our city council members, county boards of supervisors, state and federal legislators, commissioners and elected government executives count just as much as the presidential candidates do, if not more.

Rebecca Teti of American Greatness (amgreatness.com) wrote, These people who celebrate porn and abortion and make heroic figures out of small-souled, sex-deluded creatures such as Bill Maher and Lena Dunham and Sandra Fluke and lionize sick predator men like the Kennedys and Bill Clinton are not merely being hypocrites or playing politics when they denounce Trump. They are deliberately engaging in The Lie: the corruption of meaning itself. They aren’t outraged because they’re decent. They’re using our decency as a pawn in their quest for political power.”

If you forsake your right, your duty, to vote, you forsake your right to criticize any politician . . . you gave up.

So do whatever it takes . . . hold your nose . . . but VOTE!!!
