The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office would like to notify the community that Edward Silver, 58, is now residing in the area of Fortuna Road and Interstate 8 in Yuma, AZ. He is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
On November 18, 2005, Silver was convicted in the Elkhart Circuit Court in Elk Township, Indiana of one count of Attempted Criminal Sexual Contact with a Minor. His victims were female juveniles, ages 9 and 11 years old, who were unknown to him. Silver is currently not on probation or parole
Silver is a Level 3 sex offender with a high risk to reoffend.
