The unofficial results of the Phoenix District 3 Councilmember Runoff Election show that Debra Stark has defeated Chris DeRose.
DeRose earned 46.01 percent of the vote and Stark won 53.99 percent of the vote.
Final unofficial results are scheduled to be announced late in the day on March 17. The election will be official after the canvass of the vote by the Phoenix City Council on March 22.
