On September 24, 2014, at about 1:20 a.m., Pima County Sheriff’s deputies responded the audible alarm at the Settlement Smokehouse. When deputies arrived, they noticed the front door to the restaurant had been forced open.
The deputies entered the restaurant to see if anyone was still inside. While in the restaurant, they noticed the offices had been opened and rummaged through. The restaurant manager responded and supplied deputies with the security video.
The manager advised that no money had been taken. The Sheriff’s Department Burglary detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect. Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to contact 9-1-1 or 88 CRIME.
