On November 25, 2013, Glen Leo Gagnon was sentenced to 80.25 years in prison after he was found guilty of Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, Sexual Assault, and Attempted Homicide.
In January 2012, the Marana Police Department investigated a brutal kidnapping and sexual assault of a 40-year-old female. Gagnon, age 52, abducted the female victim at knife point and forced her into her car. Gagnon then drove with the victim to a remote area where he brutally beat, sexually assaulted, and left her locked in the trunk of her car. Gagnon was the ex-boyfriend of the victim.
