On July 30, 2014, at approximately 4:10 a.m., Pima County deputies responded to the Circle K located at 4990 North Oracle Road reference a theft. When deputies arrived, they learned a male entered the store, went behind the counter, loaded approximately $1600.00 worth of cigarettes into a bag, and left the store without paying.
Sheriff’s Department Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect. Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
